Maggie loves music. She particularly enjoys learning to play odd instruments. She is currently learning to play the Hammered Dulcimer and you can find her tinkering with the instrument in a Blues band on the weekends.

Prior to jumping into her profession in Marketing, Maggie took advantage of the Oil & Gas boom in West Virginia. She assumed the role of Title Abstractor, for Steptoe & Johnson Law Firm in Morgantown and surrounding areas, where she performed title searches for over 200 properties. Her experience examining property deeds, wills, fiduciaries, tax liens, and other encumbrances, give her the ability to navigate chain of title with precision.
At the height of her marketing career, she worked in the Marketing department at Wisp Ski Resort in Deep Creek Lake, Maryland, where she managed marketing efforts for a 169-room hotel and four-season resort. She currently serves as part-time Project Manager for a global advertising agency, giving her a leg up on marketing trends and conversations interested buyers are having in micro-communities worldwide.
