I'm here, I work with everyone. I love my career, and the wonderful people that I get to work with. I'm lucky because I get to help people begin new chapters, and close old ones.
With over 30 years of sales experience my goals are to provide exceptional negotiation skills, integrity, transparency, and communication from start to finish. I want this process to be as smooth as possible for you and your family.
Prior to real estate, I spent the eight years working at ZillowGroup Headquartered in downtown Seattle. My expertise was in evaluating market trends, along with data analysis for brokers in the real estate market--specifically-- in the Pacific Northwest territory. I coached, and helped brokers grow their business through advertising campaigns, marketing trends, and coaching.
I decided at that point, with the knowledge, and experience that I gained, I would start my own business. Currently, I run a team in Seattle, and I run a team with my partner in Spokane- she is also a real estate broker. With her living there, and me living here, we get the best of both worlds and what each city has to offer. It also allows me the opportunity to keep an eye on trends in the market for both cities, and really understand how the markets shift. We are in the trenches, and I love every minute of it. Truly though, at the end of the day I'm here to share my knowledge, and experience with you- to help you find your dream home, and help you understand how to get the best deal.
