Eric comes from the Chicago suburbs and has lived in the West (Arizona, Idaho, Colorado, and Utah) since 1995. He has purchased four homes since 2003 utilizing a variety of loan types. Eric and his husband achieved their goal of becoming real estate investors in 2022 with the acquisition of a second property. Their next goal is to acquire one to two more properties in the next 6-12 months.
Eric enjoys playing pickleball, trivia nights and word puzzles. He also likes to explore local breweries, distilleries, and restaurants in addition to the vibrant culture of Salt Lake with access to theater, art, and music. Eric and his husband Spencer live in Liberty Wells with their Leonberger Hank and two cats named Stella and Thor. San Diego and Belize are favorite travel destinations.
