Matthew, originally from Monroeville, Alabama, is thrilled to have settled in the DFW metroplex after living in Alabama, Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Arkansas. With nearly twenty years of experience in various mental health and higher education settings, Matthew is ready to bring empathy, compassion, and client-focused solutions to his real estate career. He studied psychology, music, and religion at the University of Mobile in Alabama before earning a Master of Arts in Counseling and ultimately becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, giving him unique insight into working with diverse clients from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures and helping people embrace new experiences and assimilate into new places.
Not only does Matthew view the home as an important investment, he also appreciates the sense of safety, belonging, and wellbeing we can derive from finding a place to make and call home. He now looks forward to helping his real estate clients experience this same sense of satisfaction as they find the perfect home where they can spend time making memories with those most important to them.
Matthew is married and lives in Fort Worth with his husband. In his free time, you might find him playing a Chopin prelude, perusing antique cookbooks and puttering around the kitchen, or daydreaming about writing the next great American novel.
