Layne is originally from Northwest Arkansas (Woo Pig Sooie!) He graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in advertising and public relations and soon became enamored with all real estate had to offer. His first job out of college was with a commercial real estate developer. Two years later, he moved to Dallas with his husband to start his own real estate career, and the rest is history.
