Being a young RN working on his masters degree in Nursing, Richard managed a dialysis unit at Centennial Medical Center then opened StoneCrest Medical Center in Smyrna where he was the Associate Chief Nurse and Vice President of Quality, Risk Management and Clinical Education. Currently, Richard is a tenured faculty member in the MTSU School of Nursing where he teaches Critical Care and serves as the Associate Director.
