A little about Toni and me personally.
Phyllis:
I am a customer-service-oriented real estate agent who wants to help buyers and sellers in the Memphis and surrounding areas find their dream home or investment property. I am a native to the Memphis area. I moved away for a few years for work, I moved back to the area a few years ago. I have worked in the customer service industry all my adult life. I started out in the retail industry owned our own restaurants and have worked in customer service ever since. I guess you could say customer service and real-estate are two of my passions. Moving back home gave me a chance to reboot my career and follow my passion for real estate. I have the market knowledge, customer service skills and the Team needed to make your next real estate transaction a successful one.
Toni:
I too am a customer-service-oriented professional, however my 43 years in the customer service experience has to do with food service industry. I have lived in and around the Memphis/Millington area most of my life. I got hooked on real estate when I sold my first home. Since then, I/we have renovated 6 properties 3 of our personal homes and 3 that we rehabbed to flip one and we kept as rentals our 2 rentals are here in our hometown of Millington tn. As Phyllis said we have the experience, knowledge, and the skills to make your next real estate transaction a successful one.
