Originally from Washington State I relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada in 2004. I enjoy mountain biking, hiking, photography and my Jeep! The scenic (non-city) photos you see on my website were taken with an iPhone on one of my hikes most of which are within twenty minutes of Las Vegas. I hope you enjoy them; the desert Southwest can be rugged and incredibly beautiful! I moved here with intentions of completing my B.S. in Business/Marketing at UNLV, which I did, then move to California. However, along the way I found great people in Las Vegas and fell in love with the city. I love the world class restaurants and entertainment, there is something for everyone. Over three hundred days of sunshine per year. The cost of living, growing culture, Broadway shows, and museums. The growing sports industry has added to all the excitement. The list goes on...there is an energy here unlike anywhere else. Las Vegas is home!
I attribute my real estate success to my previous occupations. For the Microsoft Legal & Corporate Affairs team I managed legal documents for world class corporations. With that experience I easily help buyers and sellers navigate real estate contracts. During my time at MGM Resorts International as an Assistant Procurement Manager for Corporate Strategic Sourcing I wrote large purchase contracts and strategically negotiated pricing with other global corporations - more contract experience and negotiations. As a Staff Accountant at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino I created the daily P&L and balance sheets, so I am comfortable with numbers. I then worked as a Casino Host at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino which helps me deliver terrific customer service.
