House hunting is stressful by itself. I am a queer veteran living with PTSD and other service-related physical and mental health conditions. I also use a service animal to navigate daily life. Going into unknown places can be difficult. I first contacted Lexi because she advertised fast response times. True to her word, she was lightning fast with her initial response and every response thereafter. Meeting her in person was even more amazing. If first impressions are lasting, then I will always remember her tapping her heels on the floor and telling me the exact type of wood flooring (still amazed).
What Lexi did not advertise is that she is trauma informed and a pro at navigating situations that make her clients uncomfortable. Lexi was also extremely knowledgeable and gladly shared her extensive knowledge of the city and surrounding areas. She is such a hard worker and will stop at nothing to get her clients the housing that suits their family. 10’s across the board!
