Having lived in the Baltimore area all my life, I have the local knowledge of not only Central Maryland's many diverse neighborhoods, but also dining & recreational hot spots. First-time homebuyer? Relocating/PCS? Upgrading/Downsizing? I can help you find the perfect home!

As a full-time realtor since 2014, many of my happy clients come from within our LGBTQ+ community. I've been an active member of the Maryland LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce since 2018 and joined the board in 2022. I played an integral role in the formation of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance (aka "The Alliance"), where I've served on the national Board of Directors, as President of the Central MD Chapter, and currently serve as chair of the national Chapter Delegate Board.

Through my Giving with Pride initiative, I donate $500 to one of six worthy causes upon closing for every buyer or seller who works with me. I donate another $100 if that buyer or seller is referred to me by a mutual friend or colleague. Since its inception, I have donated over $20,000 between several charities, including the Trevor Project, True Colors United, and TransMaryland, among others. With the help of my amazing clients, I hope to continue this philanthropic initiative indefinitely.

My past and current clients can tell you that my attention to detail and positive "do what it takes" attitude translate into successful results and positive experiences for them. Whether you're buying or selling, I am your "key" to unlocking the smoothest and most stress-free transaction!

An animal lover and strong advocate for pet rescue, I am passionate about finding that perfect home for all of my clients, both two and four-legged. My wife (Sue) and I have been together since 2009 and married since 2016. In 2023, we were fortunate to purchase our forever home in Howard County, where we reside with our two horses, Lulu and Reina, and our three rescue dogs, Baxter, Beau, and Ghostie.

I'd love the opportunity to work with you, so let's chat!

While we did not close with Jackie, it’s because my Father in Law’s condition progressed much faster than my fiance and I anticipated and we decided to move in with him and take care of him as opposed to buying. We went on many tours with Jackie and she has an eagle eye for details and noticed things we would have potentially overlooked or missed in the excitement of everything. When we did fall in love with a house, we were about to be outbid terribly, but her and her lender contact did everything they could to put a good foot forward for us to the sellers.

Jackie is truly like family, and donates to queer organizations upon closing which is just so incredible of her. She is a wonderful person, and she was the first result I picked on the GayRealEstate.com, so that just goes to show the quality of agents you offer to the community.

It was a joy to get to know her and her wife, and we learned so much about the market and our preferences in the short time we worked together.

Jackie was professional and fantastic to work with, but even more than that, we felt comfortable the entire process. She even had our back when someone got our pronouns incorrect via email. While it seems small, it was thoughtful and made us feel seen. We would definitely recommend Jackie and have already recommended GayRealEstate.com to our friends!

- Caitlin O

We were delighted with Jackie's level of professionalism, knowledge and willingness to always answer our questions and respond to our concerns.

Jackie was very much the professional, but also very down to earth. I am so glad I found her on GayRealEstate.com and am honestly not sure what we would have done without her, she is a true gem! We will recommend GayRealEstate.com to friends and family moving across the US, and of course refer Jackie locally!

I was moving from out of state and searched for an agent via GayRealEstate as a way to connect to my new city. I hit the jackpot because Jackie was a fantastic agent. She was not only knowledgeable about the market but was prompt and professional in terms of handling all aspects of the buying process. As someone who had to rely on virtual tours and could not attend the closing, this was appreciated more than I can say. I was able to put my complete trust in Jackie during this time of transition.

Jackie was very communicative and professional throughout the entire process. We were first-time homebuyers and needed a lot of handholding. Jackie helped make our experience smooth and was able to help us secure a better deal on our new home.

Jackie was great at answering any question I had and she was quick to reply as well! I could not have asked for a better experience and realtor. It was my first time buying a home and Jackie made the process so easy and less intimidating. I would recommend gayrealestate.com to any LGBT+ folks looking for a real estate agent to meet their needs.
