Gigi has an enduring passion for old houses and for making any and every space inviting. She became interested in real estate while teaching herself the ins and outs of the home buying process and specializes in connecting buyers of all stripes with state and federal home-buying resources. She believes homeownership is a vital tool for planting generational wealth and the glue that holds together the neighborhoods which make New Orleans so singular. A theatre-maker by trade, Gigi holds a BA from the University of New Orleans and an MFA in playwriting from UT Austin. When not connecting people to spaces they love, she may be found in Brooklyn where she also shares time, making meals with her partner in their Bywater house, or plotting up a new piece of theatre.
