Kimberly was fantastic. We came down from Ohio for a long weekend to look at the city we knew we wanted to move to eventually. We gave Kimberly all of our wants and needs of the perfect house for us, but didn't know what part of the city we wanted to live in. Kimberly had a robust two day agenda with lots of houses in every part of the city. I think it was the eighth and final house of the first day that we saw the house that fit all of our wants and needs and more. Day two included many more houses but we kept comparing them to the last house on day one, so we went and took a second look. We made the offer, and it was quickly accepted with the caveat to close in 3 weeks -WOW! We had no aspirations of even finding a house on this trip, we just thought Kimberly would get a better understanding of what we were looking for. She helped every step of the way for this long distance move. She helped with inspections, utility set up, landscaping and myriad of other things that had to be done prior to closing. Kimberly stayed in touch and communicated thoroughly through the entire process, as moving across country and a very short time frame was very stressful. She definitely helped ease the burden.
