I'm extremely satisfied with Frank's service as a realtor. His knowledge of the market, what is available, what a fair price is, and the buying process is super! I always felt confident in his suggestions and in his guidance. Never once did I feel Frank was discouraged with us or our house hunting expedition as we looked at many homes; and, we had many requirements. Frank will be our realtor for many years to come. Frank is NOT your standard "shark in the water " realtor. He's very low-key, knows the market and knows how to determine what type of home you are really looking for. As well, his negotiation skills (with other realtors and the other buyers or sellers) are the best. He knows how to get you the best price, based on the current market conditions. In our particular case, he dealt with a very difficult seller and even worse opposing realtor....nothing or anyone ever ruffles him. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Frank has sold three homes for me over the past 15 years. A couple of the sales were not easy by no means, but Frank continue to do everything possible to work with the buyers and myself to get the sales closed. My eldaly mother also used Frank back in 2001 to purchase a home. Frank was so helpful and respectful to my mother, he treated her like she was his own mother. I would never even consider using any other realtor when purchasing another property in Palm Beach County. He is my life time Realtor.
