I got this all worked out for you." He recounted particulars of conversations with seller agents, dealings with the title company, inspections, appraisals, and potential obstacles. Lot's of details. No spin.Not every realtor can double as a quasi home inspector. On every walkthrough, Scott was looking for issues and bringing them to our attention.
