Originally from Kankakee, Illinois, I hold a degree in Public Administration from The State University of New York. This background, coupled with my longtime public service in government and in LGBTQ non-profit organizations, has provided me with valuable skills that I use daily in real estate negotiations and educating homebuyers and sellers. I have been working in Real Estate since 2005 as a Licensed Realtor, and have achieved the certifications of a SENIOR REAL ESTATE SPECIALIST(SRES) and GRADUATE, REAL ESTATE INSTITUTE(GRI).

I have deep connections throughout the South Florida LGBTQ real estate community: over the years I have built a strong connection and involvement in the community as a highly ethical and effective realtor. My clients often describe me as a new FRIEND: detail-oriented, proactive, caring, patient, and fun to be around. Resources that I can connect you with will ease your transition into your new community.

I am known best for my passionate and heartfelt drive to serve my clients best interests. I am often told that my enthusiastic, can-do attitude and caring nature is ideal for identifying each clients desires and skillfully guiding them to fulfill their real estate goals. My devotion and unparalleled customer service has resulted in a continuously expanding network of loyal clients and referrals. In fact, my biggest source of business in 2019 and 2020 was personal referrals.

I understand that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. As a full-time real estate professional, I work to maintain an atmosphere of enjoyment rather than stress and make your experience as pleasurable as possible. I accomplish this through constant communication, good advice, and by being accessible whenever you need me.

What do you do when you have decided you want to sell your current residence in Oakland Park, but have NO idea where you want to live? You know want you want in your new abode, but where will it be located and my dog must be allowed. You ask your circle of friends for referrals and BINGO….your get Linda. I had met Linda two years earlier at a friend’s birthday gathering, but had no idea that she was hidden GEM in the real estate industry. I hit GOLD with Linda.

After our first conversation, Linda knew what I was looking for and that I would go as far north as West Palm; I had no interest in going further south. Her plan of action was to find out what I liked PRIOR to listing my home. Selling was not going to be the problem…finding what I liked and where it would be, WOULD!

Linda and I had gotten off on the right foot. She understood my concerns and put my mind at ease that it would all work out. We were able to cultivate a friendship while still working as realtor and client, which is still in progress to this day.

Linda truly takes her client’s concerns and worries to heart. She took me from Oakland Park to West Palm and places in between, more times than I can remember until I found my current residence. She negotiated the sale of my old home and got me my white picket fence…literally!
Linda is a genuine, honest, client oriented and hardworking individual. She actually helped me do minor repairs on my old place prior to closing and did a phenomenal job. ? Don’t get me wrong…as gentle as she can be, she can get that pit-bull persona out when needed.

Linda got me what I had been looking for and then some. She is tireless, determined and will not let you down. If you are lucky enough to work with her, you might even be able to call her a friend.

We had originally began working with another realtor that had come recommended, after the first few calls, I knew he was not the right choice. I immediately began searching and reviewed several profiles and when I came to Linda, I just knew she was the one for us. Her profile and her personality are exactly what you would expect. After the first call we knew she was the right choice. She immediately began sending listings and advising us regarding neighborhoods. It was obvious to me she was taking very clear notes during our initial phone call, each listing had all or some of what we requested and then now and again she would pull a rabbit from her hat and have a spectacular unit she found. This began as an intimidating process as we were purchasing this Florida property while living in NYC. Linda made this seamless and actually fun. It was not long before we coordinated out trip down to Florida with the hopes of making an offer.
I cannot begin to tell you the dedication that Linda had to assist us in finding exactly what we wanted. She allowed us the time and patience to achieve our goals, all the while having a great time getting to know each other. A real estate transaction is a very personal thing and its extremely important to have a connection and trust with your realtor, without that you cannot feel comfortable to express your true feelings about what may or may not be your new home. Linda never judged our opinions even at times when I think I was judging our opinions…LOL.
She is an incredible agent, so very good at what she does, a professional and she has a big heart and really wants to make her clients happy. She takes the journey with you and sees and feels your vision through the process. She was so supportive and understanding when a deal fell through, she is so sincere she looked as disappointed as we did. She did all she could in her power to show us every listing in our neighborhood/budget, etc. Her dedication allowed us to find the perfect home for us, ironically the last one we saw and the day before we were to fly home. We have since closed and are moved in and could not be happier.
I will say without a doubt that if we did not work with Linda this would not have happened. We would often overhear while she spoke with another realtor at a showing of the number of condos she was showing us, they would make a snide remark to her about it. At night we would go back to the hotel and we would discuss that and comment how lucky we were to have been working with her and the time she was taking to work with us.
I would recommend Linda to anyone and we already have to a few people here in NYC where we live for when they make relocation plans. She is a top-notch professional and so honest and open.
If you are reading this and wondering if you should work with her, think and look no further, just call her and you will be happy you did.

As a 30 year veteran in mortgage lending, I have worked with many Realtors. Linda is the crème de la crème! I have had the pleasure of working with Linda at Coral Shores Realty. Her enthusiasm, organization and communication skills are outstanding. Working with Linda helps her buyers and sellers have smooth closings, while maximizing the contract negotiations.
