I am originally from Kenosha, Wisconsin and have had real estate in my blood ever since I was a little boy. My Father owned his own brokerage and developed land. So I grew up seeing the ins and outs of being in real estate. I always had a passion for it but also really excelled in the performing arts, which is what I ended up going to school for. I graduated with a BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music and moved to New York City in 2010. I traveled the country performing in national tours, cruise ships and regional theater productions notably the national tour of Beauty and the Beast.
I was then offered a contract to perform at Walt Disney World, which is what brought me down to Orlando, where I have resided the last 11 years. Thats really where my real estate journey began. While performing at Disney, I bought my first house in 2014, which is when I started acquiring my properties. I converted that first house into a short-term vacation rental property and soon saw the benefits of investing in real estate and began acquiring multiple investment properties.
In my first three years, I ended up selling over $25,000,000 worth of real estate. I've had the pleasure of assisting first time home buyers, investors and sellers with their home buying journey. I know a real estate transaction is one of the five most stressful events someone does in their life and I enjoy being the calm in the storm and the glue that keeps everything together.

Professional/Personal Distinctions
I'd like to think me being a homeowner and investor starting in my mid-20's would be something that sets me apart from other Realtors. I also feel my background and degree in Musical Theatre really helps when it comes to my interpersonal relationships with people. I love people and I do my best to serve them as best I can.

My main source of business is helping Buyers with new construction. My husband and I built our new construction home in 2019 and absolutely loved the process. Helping people buy their brand new home is a real joy. Since I have a background owning and operating my own Airbnbs, I also am well versed in investment properties, especially short term vacation rentals.
