With over 34 years of experience, Bill is the Broker and Owner of his brokerage located in Clearwater, Florida. In 1996 Bill became a licensed Realtor in Connecticut. After working with several buyers and sellers, and in order to get a more thorough understanding of the business, Bill joined a New England based bank as a mortgage loan officer. Originating mortgages for home buyers gave greater depth to the entire home buying process. The passion, however, was in the homes and clients themselves.

After moving to Florida, Bill obtained his Real Estate license in the state of Florida and has become current in todays Real Estate Laws and Marketing.

Bill is currently specializing in residential home sales in the Clearwater/St. Petersburg area of Florida. Presently, he resides in the downtown community at Water's Edge in Clearwater. Bills main focus is working with high end luxury homeowners in the area and developing an International Network of other Real Estate Professionals.
