I am local in Southwest Florida and I live in SW Cape Coral. As a Realtor I serve all of Lee, Collier, Charlotte & Sarasota counties daily. I work 7 days a week. I show up and I return phone calls. Here is a little about me, where I am from and what I can do for you to see if I am the right fit for you.

Originally, I am from New Jersey. I grew up in Passaic County just outside the greatest city in the world, NYC. I definitely grew up blessed, with a very large family, tons of friends & I had the very best of NYC at my disposal. I feel very lucky when I reminisce, thinking about all those things I took for granted as a kid, which now fill my head with delight. College was in the big city too, receiving my Associates in Applied Science from Berkeley College in International Fashion Marketing. I am consistently building my knowledge & acquiring new experiences. I find these two, very important ideals, a foundation & building blocks I believe to be vital in my Real Estate career. Currently, I am working towards real estate designations in becoming a Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE) and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), both which I plan to have completed by the end of 2023. Also, I have been teaching myself French & Italian since the pandemic.

Growing up, my family had a beach house in one of my favorite places in the world, Cape May, NJ. A Victorian island that is known for its tours, architecture, history & exquisite restaurants. From time to time, I miss where I grew up and looking back, it is Cape May that always comes to mind first.

Today, I am quite happy living in Florida... I live in paradise. I have been here 22 years now and have tried a few cities along the way. Initially, I moved to Florida in the Fall of 2000, South Beach specifically & it was almost like living in another country, in a good way of course, I loved it, I think I was running towards it my whole young life... The excitement, the nightlife, Hollywood on the Eastern US coast if you will, celebrities were everywhere. Very fun decade for me! It was just what I wanted in my life at that time!!! Jump ahead to 2013, I moved north to downtown Fort Lauderdale in a neighborhood called Victoria Park. This is an area that has a great walkability, a very active community and it borders a vibrant downtown. I found it to be super friendly, pet welcoming & this tropical paradise I never wanted to leave. It was just a great area to call home, to feel a larger part of something so beautiful, complex. It was at this time in my life when I decided to get my license in Real Estate. I started seeing neighborhoods & homes in a completely different way Thanks Vikki Park, you changed me forever how I see things!!!

In 2016, I once again ventured north, further up the coast to this little village by the sea named Delray Beach. I immediately fell in love with its eclectic charm, historical downtown life, shops & beach. It was at this point in my career when I really started to soar I was becoming a great agent, a glorified tour guide selling properties & the best the city/neighborhood had to offer. Nevertheless, today Delray Beach is still one of my homes & I just love it!

My parents are on the West coast of Florida in Lee county. I have been spending most of my time in Cape Coral the past few years realizing how important family is to me, while fully committing to the bicoastal Realtor reality of the situation. Cape Coral is where I stay and where I call home and sell most of my real estate thanks to Mom. It was my Mother that taught me my very first business lessons too to grow strong lifelong relationships, to stand out and make an impression, to win more business with your smile. thanks Mom

Part of my job is finding property at a fair market price, walking that property with my customers and pointing out the pros & cons of the structure. I put in a strong effort through research, while taking into consideration my customers initial wants and needs, while actually hearing what they are saying. My goal is to get my customers not only what they need in a new home, but what they want, as well! My design background opens things up to a different level. It allows me to be able to show customers what a different version of the current standing structure might look like if they were to put in some effort to modernize or update the current space. Providing vision. Having that skill set (18 years of design & home decorating) aids in my customers final decision, making the choice easier. I find most people are grateful for the advice and the guidance. I aim to offer these options, these possibilities through/touring of homes and it is that which makes my brand uniquely me. That has become my style and is what I like to offer my customers.

I would be glad to set up a phone conversation, a personal meet, luncheon or more simply a property alert which is specifically aimed at your current needs. Property Alerts are via email and from the MLS (Multiple Listing Service). They are the only method you should be using when serious about home hunting and your first step. So, If you seek a hard-working, gregarious, honest, on-time and sincerely considerate agent, then look no further, I am your guy!

Before calling that Realtor on the For Sale sign, make me your Buyers Agent and let me protect you from the Seller, negotiate on your behalf. Thank you for your time and reading a little bit about me. Lets go shopping and make it fun.
