Headquartered in NY, this developer has developed a portfolio of more than 10 million square feet of residential, retail, office, hotel and mixed-use properties valued in excess of $4 billion, including high-end condominiums under the Ritz-Carlton and Trump brands. This included one of her most successful projects The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Westchester NY.
For the past several years Kathy has been a full-time realtor representing both buyers and sellers in the local South Florida real estate market. She has experience with international buyers as well as the sales & marketing of new construction in residential developments.
