Sean was exceptional helping me locate and design a new home in a new neighborhood. He worked tirelessly through a number of snafus with a contract that didn't ultimately pan out, but quickly helped me regroup and secure a new contract. He was very patient and supportive through the 15 months it took to complete the project, attending most design appointments and most of the walk-throughs. I did not ultimately choose to go with Sean when I sold my existing property since he was unwilling to negotiate a discounted commission for the second transaction as is common practice in this area. His demeanor and enthusiasm changed at that point and the closing on the purchase of the new property went down with muted presence and minimal fanfare after over 15 months of working together. I would completely recommend Sean for someone looking to purchase a new home but trying to complete a double transaction with him did not go well for me.
