Moving across country to relocate and not being familiar with the market, Bryan provided a thoroughly professional and personal intro to us of the Colorado Springs market. He was very knowledgeable about the market and was very free in sharing that knowledge with us. He was also a great resource on building codes, and the quality of building materials used in the different properties. He did an exhaustive search for us, showing us almost 60 houses. I think that we sent him home tired every night! When our personal property was still in shipment, he lent us an air mattress so that we would not have to sleep on the floor. He went above the call of duty. I was not expecting that level of service and was very pleased and grateful for it. I would recommend him without hesitation.
