My focus was resident satisfaction, design & renovation planning, as well as community improvements. I always handled business with my own sense of sass & style, but with humility & grace. After nearly a decade in the industry, I felt like I was losing my sparkle. I wasn't fulfilled. I wanted to help people find homes they loved, but instead I was shoehorned into corporate culture. That wasn't me or my style. I am about people, not corporations.
Like many people during the pandemic, I decided to change my path in late 2020. I decided to leave property management so I could help people get out of apartments and rentals. I learned quite a bit during my time managing apartments, which helped me build a background in design & renovations. Now I can use this knowledge to help first time buyers & flippers.
