I have been licensed since 2000 in MA and 2003 in CA. When I came to California, I joined Reliance Mortgage Service and created the Real Estate division. As Director, I enjoyed using my Bachelors in Business to implement strategic sales territories. Once the downturn took hold, I created the Property Management which assisted homeowners looking to rent their properties.
During the recession, I partnered with Titanium Solutions. Our goal was to save homeowners from Foreclosure by linking homeowners with their Lender Servicers. By getting in front of defaulting homeowners, compassion and empathy were keys to my success in saving most assignments from Foreclosure.
