Prior to moving to the Coachella Valley full-time, Phillip visited the region for over 30 years, first from the mid-west and then from Phoenix, Arizona. "I originally started coming to the Greater Palm Springs Area from Kansas City each winter to escape to the warmer climate and resort lifestyle," Phillip says. "I immediately fell in love with the area and the unique quality of life it affords residents. Coming from the Phoenix market where there are lots of part-time residents as well, I am able to relate personally and professionally to my clients who are seeking a seasonal property."
Before embarking upon his full-time real estate career 15 years ago, Phillip served as Advertising Director for Six Flags out of the corporate headquarters, overseeing the marketing for dozens of properties around the world.
