David was wonderful to work with. Not only was he responsive and proactive throughout the process of buying our home, but we also really appreciated the way he helped us through some uncertainty with "land lease vs. fee land", neighborhood choices, condominium communities, specific practices on buying in California, etc.. One thing we really appreciated was how quick he was to respond to any request - he would send an email providing the answer we were looking for, and then call to follow up and better explain if necessary.
